Under the Support menu, select the Forgot Password menu item. Once on the forgot password page, complete the Password Recovery wizard successfully and an email containing a temporary password will be sent to the email address you used when creating an account.
After receiving the temporary password, return to the Login page and use the temporary password to log in.

Once you login to your customer backoffice, under the Support menu, select the Update Password menu item.
On the Edit Password/Recovery Information page, you can update either your password or you password recovery question and answer information.

There is a 24-48 hour processing period on all orders placed. Once an item item has been processed and shipped the typical turnaround time for an order to be received is 7-10 business days.
